Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bagaimana implementasi Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa serta untuk mengidentifikasi kendalanya di Desa Tempel.Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis Miles dan Huberman.Teori yang digunakan adalah model implementasi George C.Edward III.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang di Desa Tempel dilihat dari aspek komunikasi, telah dilakukan komunikasi dengan baik antara pelaksana kebijakan (Pemerintah Desa) dengan sasaran kebijakan (Masyarakat Desa), dari aspek sumberdaya yaitu sumberdaya Pemerintah Desa Tempel yang belum mendukung, dari aspek sikap pelaksana, implementor menyatakan tanggungjawab dan komitmennya untuk pelaksanaan kebijakan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa, dan struktur birokrasi belum memenuhi syarat secara efektif.

Kendala-Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Desa Tempel yaitu pada aspek komunikasi belum ada tindak lanjut dari perwakilan desa yang pernah mengikuti sosialisasi, pembekalan dan pelatihan kepada perangkat desa lainnya.Pada aspek sikap pelaksana yaitu kurangnya respon dari masyarakat yang menganggap kebijakan tersebut hanya sebuah kebijakan rutin belaka, maka diperlukan sikap tanggungjawab yang tinggi dari implementor.The purpose of this study was to determine and describe verona wig how the implementation of Law No.6 of 2014 on the village as well as to identify barriers in the village of Tempel.Analysis of data using analytical methods Miles and Huberman.
